Honest Scrap Award

At long last, I’ve finally posted this one. This is my 2^nd award this 2009.  Thanks to Jo of Wits and Nuts for this award.  I’m so touched and blessed to have a friend and mentor in blogging (hehehe) like you.

 

Here are the rules:

When accepting this auspicious award, you must write a post bragging about it, including the name of the misguided soul who thinks you deserve such acclaim, and link back to said person so everyone knows he or she is real.

Choose a minimum of 7 blogs that you find brilliant in content or design. Or improvise by including bloggers who have no idea who you are because you don’t have 7 friends. Show the 7 random victims’ names and links and leave a harassing comment informing them that they were prized with “Honest Weblog.” Well, there’s no prize, but they can keep the nifty icon. List at least ten honest things about yourself. Then, pass it on!

So for my 10 honest things about me that some or not so many knows about are:

 

1.     I love to Eat.  Food is my passion.  I have 3 favorites Ps.  Pasta, Pizza and Pastry.  I love Italian food.

2.     I hate insects specially crawling and flying ones and rats.  So cockroach is a no no for me.

3.     I love looking into every women’s foot especially their heels (lol).  I like to see those nice pinkish heels.

4.     I’m a coffee drinker but not a COFFEE ADDICT.  Maximum of 3 cups a day is good for me.

5.     I’m not a good writer but I love to blog.  It helps me also to improve my writing skills. I just like to write writing wWell Jo is my mentor in blogging (hehehe)

6.     I’m into photography right now since I got my DSLR camera.  I love to take pictures of anything but my favorite subjects are food and architectural designs.  Just can’t bring the camera everyday since it’s so heavy and bulky.

7.     Since I love to eat, I definitely love to cook and bake, though I haven’t been baking lately since I have no oven in my house. My favorite cuisine is Italian and pasta is one of them.  For Filipino dishes, Kare-Kare, Caldereta, Pinakbet, Humba, Paella are one of my special dishes which I only cook during special occasion.

8.     Those who don’t know me may think I’m a snob and ‘mataray’.  But actually, I’m not.  One can easily make me happy especially if we have something in common like FOOD J

9.     I get easily pissed off thus, my goal now is to learn the virtue of patience.

10.  I can’t leave without a fan and a handkerchief.  I perspire easily and I get paranoid not holding it in my hands J easily and I get paranoid not holding it in my hands J.   This is the reason why people don’t see my hair down.  I always pony my hair even if it is still wet.

1.     Our Awesome Planet for its wonderful write-ups on food, places and events.  I recently keep on following up his posts for updates and tours.

2.     Tnchick and Sarcasticmom – These 2 blogs offers meme (Photo Hunt and Weekly Winners) which I participate often.

3.     Robology:  It amazed me that a young guy enjoys blogging.  I normally meet women or not so young guys who do blogs.

4.     Witsandnuts:  A friend/ former colleague and off course my mentor (heheheh).  I really like reading her blogs.

5.     Digital Photography Philippines and Digital Photography World:  My multiply groups.  These sites are mostly photo blogs of people who loves to take pictures.  These is where I check the lovely photos the members upload and actually learn from them on techniques to achieving good pictures.

6.     Imlovinggreen:  I’ve met her when I was blog hopping and after that I frequently visit her site.

7.     Mian:  A friend who also loves photography.  I admire how she takes pictures through her travels. The composition of her pictures makes it a stand out.
