This picture was taken during our gift giving project at Marco Polo Care Center last January.  After that event, I’m thankful for all the blessings that I receive each day.  But I know that these kids were much thankful that for just one day, we were able to share a moment of our time with them.

Laughter is really the best medicine

I was so tired this week for reviewing various working papers.  Before the day ends, something made me laugh and made my stressful day a little brighter J  Here is a short conversation I had with my officemate that truly made me laugh.  It really made my day hahaha.

Me:  patatawanin kita

 

Cya:  ako din patatawanin din kita, una ka

 

Me:  Question: can we identify who has access to warehouse?

 

    Answer:  all warehouse personnel can enter the warehouse. But I was not able to observe who were in the warehouse at that time since I was not introduced   to all warehouse personnel.

 

Reply:  I am not asking you to name the personnel who are present during your visit. What i’m asking is that you should identify the group of people (if they are too many to mention) who are authorized to have access to the warehouse…

 

Cya:  hahahahaha parang AM and FM

 

Cya:  The system is configured to automatically requires the approval of the above persons. For the online approval, the Manager will review if the approval were already performed and will stamped the PO as “APPROVED ONLINE.”

 

Me: hahahahaha

 

Cya: Dyosme, parang matutuyuan ako kanina, di kinaya ng powers ko.

 

Cya:  The requestor will signs the receipt portion and endorses it for final checking.

 

Me: hahahaha

 

Cya:  Note: Processing of Request is the written policies and procedures of the entity in performing changes to the master file but a copy is not permitted to reproduce. HUWATTTTT

Kopi Roti

Since we still have time for a dessert after a hearty meal at Piquant, Food Trippers, decided to have it at Kopi Roti located at The Columns just across RCBC Buendia side.  My co-food trippers said that their coffee bun is far more delicious than any other coffee bun being served here.  Aside from that, it was suggested that we try also Kopi Roti’s Kaya Toast since it is much better than Kopi Bun.

 

Kopi Roti concept began in Singapore many years ago when Kopi Tiams - the Malay word for coffee shop - started catering to a very demandable clientele, locals who knew how coffee should be blended the Asian way and who demanded nothing but the best at a reasonable cost. (www.kopiroti.com.ph)
