Lavazza Servito da Café Enzo
February 3, 2009A new coffee shop opened late 2008 at Salcedo St., Makati City. I never managed to try their coffee until last January 29. The coffee shop is just small so a limited number of customers can be accommodated. Its design and interior is very modern, not the typical coffee shop where it’s more of a comfy setting and you can really relax while drinking a cup of your favorite coffee. Lavazza is Italy’s favorite coffee (www.lavazza.com).
Café Enzo is also a typical coffee shop which sells Pasta, Cakes, Panini and Coffee. Noticeably, there is only crew attending to the customers as well as preparing the orders. So can imagine how long you need to wait to get your order done. The price of their coffee is almost the same as to their competitors.

I decided to try their Cappuccino and Carrot Walnut Cake. I find the taste of their cappuccino quite similar to the cappuccino of Figaro. As for the cake, I find it too dry and a little bit salty. Also, the slice is somehow small. Well, considering the price of the cake, I guess the size matches the price

Cappuccino - Tall (Php 100.00)
Carrot Walnut Cake (Php 30.00)
I better come again and try their other products like their pasta and panini. Though, generally, the new look of this store will really catch ones attention immediately.
