Market Market - Bonifacio High - Stock Market
May 3, 2009Ever happened to you when you wanted to do something that your really like and time does not permit it? For me yes. ever since i g0t hooked to Photography, I always feel the urge to always take a picture but since i’m working i can’t do it. (minsan naisip kong ‘wag ng mag work hehehe)
Anyway, since i wanted to take pictures, i texted my friend if she wanted to go to Intramuros. (this is before the Intramuros - Fort Santiago incident) It was drizzling that day so we ended in meeting at Market Market. There is nothing much to take pictures at Market Market so we went to Bonifacio High (which incidentally, i haven’t been to that area hehehe). Except during the time that I ate at Contis. I was surprised that there were a lot of restaurants there. Wow, i wanted to go inside in each of the restos there and try their speciality.
While walking along Boni High, we saw a lot of dog owners / dog walkers. My friend and I decided to take the photos of these adorable dogs.
After playing with some of the dogs that we met, we got tired and hungry. Our feet led us to this restaurant called “The Stock Market”.
We were not actually supposed to eat a heavy meal but the look of the restaurant from the outside seems very enticing that we decided to try out their desserts instead. The Stock Market, as we were told, is owned by Del Monte. As we go inside, there’s a fresh looking atmosphere that you can feel.
There are Del Monte fresh fruit products that are being sold inside, though i find it a bit expensive.
There is an area also where the sell different kinds of cheese and sausages.
Since we don’t know what dessert to have, they recommended the Creamy Banana Trifle. Since i saw a cheesecake, we also tried their so-called Dulce De Leche Cheese Cake.

Creamy Banana Trifle (Php 160.00)

Dulce De Leche Cheesecake (Php 210.00)
My friend and I both loved the Banana Trifle. It’s not too sweet and the melted chocolate is perfect on top of the banana. As for the cheesecake, i find it too sweet that the caramel over porwers the taste of the cheesecake. But as you reached the middle part of the cake, you’ll be able to taste the cheese already
Well, i still need to come back to this resto and try their main course

Cute dogs! It’s nice that more people nowadays enjoy bringing their dogs to leisure places. I miss Bonifacio High Street. It has been months since my last visit.
Posted by Rach (Heart of Rachel) at May 9, 2009, 5:49 pmThis is the most basic of all stock info. In order, what you’re looking at is the stock’s current trading price, the amount of shares traded today, the difference in price from yesterday’s close, and that difference expressed as a percentage. It’s one of the most basic pieces of info you need to know before making any decisions.
