Bakit ba mahirap sa iba magtapon n basura sa tamang lugar?  Meron namang basuran ngunit kung saan saan pa nila tinatapon ang kanilang mga basura.  Pwede din naman nilang bitbitin muna at pag nakakita na lang ng basurahan ay duon itapon ang dalang basura. 

Kaya para sa tema ngayong huwebes, nais iparating sa mga tao na “Dito Lang” po

Oh My Dosa!!!

I’ve finally ordered and tasted New Bombay’s Jumbo Cheese Dosa.  Ever since my officemates and i dine at New Bombay (Glorietta branch and The Columns branch), we never got the chance to order their Dosa.  It’s because they always serve this starting at 1:30pm.  Surely, by that time, we were already back at the office.  New Bombay have a variety of Dosa.  But what i ordered was the Cheese Dosa.  Actually, this was not the only one I ordered.  This was just one of the dishes my friend and I ate.

This Cheese Dosa is about 24 inches long.  It’s like a lumpia wrapper rolled up and topped with cheese and coconut (not really sure if it is coconut).  When this is served, it comes with 2 kinds of sauces or dips or dressing, one made of coconut and the other one i forgot to ask what it is.  I did not try the coconut sauce.  But i love it even without those sauces.

Oh well, don’t ask me if we were able to finish eating that because we never did (lol).  But, i’ll tell you, i loved it.  (kung hindi lang ako busog uubusin ko na ito hahaha)

LP: Impossible Ba Ito?

Magandang umaga mga ka-LP.

Habang nagiisip ako para sa tema ngayon, napansin ko na nuong huling 2 linggo ang tema ko ay tungkol sa photograpiya.  Hehehe eto ay dahil sa kina-career ko sya ngayon.  Nuong lunes lang ay nagkausap kami ng kaibigan ko at kinuwneto nya na may nagtanong na sa kanya kung magkano magpakuha sa kanya ng debut.  Natuwa ako dahil madami na ang nakaka-appreciate ng mga litrato nya.  Katuwa naman at kung sakali na sya ang kunin na maglitrato ng debut ay isasama nya ako   dito namin nagisipan na career-in na ang photography.  Impossible ba ito… hmmmm muka namang hindi diba?

 

 

LP: Pangarap Ko

Magandang LP sa inyong lahat.

  

Madami tayong mga panagarap sa buhay.  Simple man o hindi, sabi nga nila hindi masama ang mangarap.  Ngunit maganda na kung mangangarap tayo ay yung makatotohanan at yung kaya nating abutin.  Sabi ng sa isang awitin ay

“Iisa lang ang buhay mo,
kumilos ka, gamitin mo.
At kung may nais ang puso mo,
mangarap ka’t abutin mo
Upang ito’y makamit mo
magsikap ka’t simulan mo.”

Isa sa pangarap ko ngayon ay maging magaling na photographer kung kaya’t pinagbubutihan ko ang craft na ito.  Practice…Practice….at Practice lagi hehehe.

The Aftermath

After the incident that happened last Saturday, I never tried going back to Makati and looked at the house.  There were worker yesterday who are cleaning or should i say removing those things outside our room.  When I tried to checked our house this morning,  the smell of the burnt electricity have already subsided.  Those sort of spider web resulted from the fire extinguisher was gone already.  The workers moved out all our things to the sala and some to the maids quarter.  Now, this is what our room looks like.    

 

Although, there had been no fire, the result was really something.  “Para na din nasunog ang kwarto namin”. I find the courage now to take pictures of our room.  “Hindi ko kayang kunan ito nung sabado”

 

We’re hoping that they’ll be able to finish cleaning and re-painting the room by Saturday so that we can sleep there already.   

 

Despite of it… I’m still blessed and thankful

We normally watched people almost cried out when they loose everything they’ve built due to fire.  Now i know how it feels… Last Saturday, while attending my photography class, my neighbor’s helper called me up.  She told me that black smoke was coming out of our aircon.  I was surprised coz i never used the aircon for the past week since it was raining.  At first, i’m still calm but when she said that they will be going inside and already called the firemen, i could not think anymore.  I already informed my prof that there is an emergency that i have to leave early.  I called the Grace (my neighbor’s helper) for the status.  She told me that they could not enter our room due to the black smoke.  They were insisting that i left the aircon on but i kept on telling them that when i left the house, the aircon was not plugged.

The bad thing was that along Roxas Blvd, there’s traffic.  To cut the story short, when i arrived the house, I saw our room.  It’s so dark and the smell is not good. I saw our TV melted.  I could not imagines what had happened.  I was so shocked to see everything.  The first thing i picked was the laptop since it’s not mine. The room was wet and i really could not stand the smell.  I opened the cabinet and some of my things were black.  I took only things that i could bring home to Bulacan.  My kikay things (i.e. lotions, perfumes, etc) have been destroyed and melted.

We could not pin point what caused the TV to melt.  We sometimes leave the appliances on plug even if it is not turned on and nothing happens.  We don’t know if there was a short curcuit, faulty wiring.  There was droplets of water also coming from the ceiling which we are also considering.

While going home to Bulacan, i still could not think.  But one thing i’m still happy despite all these things I thank God that my family was safe and that it happened when we were not inside the house.  Apart from it, it’s good that no fire came out also.

It’s good that it is not raining so my clothes will dry easily.  i’m just worried when we can go back to Makati.  I’m happy that classes will resume next week so there is still time to clean the house.  Hayyyy, up to now, i’m still in shocked.

Practice Review

I haven’t been blogging lately.  Been very busy attending to our practice review.  Since last week, we have been finalizing the accounts to be reviewed.  The Practice Review is done every 3 years to check if every member firm are complying with Deloitte’s policies otherwise we’ll loose our membership.  I have 4 accounts that will be reviewed i just finished 2 accounts today.  Super ngarag talaga ang buong firm.  I could not even attend my gym class due to this.  We need to be available in case we are called by the practice reviewers. 

The practice review will be until next week.  Wish us luck that we pass this with flying colors
